I’m Temitope Oyarinu, a Customer Support Specialist focused on helping businesses deliver smooth, reliable, and human-centered customer experiences. I support teams by making sure customers feel heard, understood, and guided toward solutions that actually solve their problems.

My experience includes handling email support, live chat conversations, ticket management, and documenting solutions so that issues are solved faster the next time.
I’ve practiced and worked with tools such as HubSpot, Freshdesk, Google Workspace, and other CRM systems, learning how support teams organize requests, track customer interactions, and improve response times. I also pay close attention to recurring issues because support conversations often reveal opportunities to improve products, processes, and customer education.
Beyond solving tickets, I focus on the bigger picture: customer trust and long-term relationships.

Working remotely has also strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and collaborate with distributed teams across different time zones. I understand how important responsiveness, accountability, and documentation are in remote environments.
