My name is Temidayo Ojelade, and I’m a Customer Success Manager and Customer Service Professional with over five years of experience helping businesses build lasting relationships with their clients. I’ve worked across different industries and remote environments, supporting both customers and internal teams to create smooth, efficient, and positive experiences from start to finish.

Over the years, I’ve learned that great customer success is not just about solving problems, it’s about understanding people, anticipating their needs, and helping them get real value from what you offer. In my role at Wing Assistant, I worked closely with clients and teams across the U.S., managing onboarding, tracking customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to improve retention. I enjoyed turning challenges into opportunities for growth and finding new ways to help clients feel supported and confident in the services they received.

Before that, I worked with Club Wealth, where I handled administrative and client support tasks, everything from managing schedules and emails to coordinating meetings and keeping CRM records organized. My time there taught me the importance of clear communication and consistency when managing multiple moving parts. I also gained valuable experience with Silverlight Research Network, where I assisted with research, scheduling, and project coordination, as well as Fintek Nigeria and YOS Records, where I built a strong foundation in customer service and operations.

I’m comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, and Zendesk, and I rely heavily on platforms like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, and Asana to stay organized and efficient. But beyond the tools, what really drives me is the satisfaction of seeing customers succeed and knowing that I played a part in making their experience better.

People who’ve worked with me often describe me as dependable, organized, and easy to collaborate with. I take pride in being someone others can count on, whether it’s keeping projects on track, solving client issues, or simply making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.
