Main duties Performed:
· Manage the day to day operations of the CEO office: meeting scheduling, calendar management, incoming/outgoing telephone calls, mail review/sorting, file maintenance, etc.
· Responsible for all the Admin functions of the company ranging from operations; diesel maintenance, management, process improvement, identifying various compliance issues and strategic planning and development.
· Responsible for all Account functions of the company ranging from payment of bills, tax remmittance, documentation of financial transaction, preparation of monthly and end of the year financial statement.
· Responsible for all Human Resource function of the company ranging from but not limited to Employee Relations, Onboarding, HRIS, Performance Management, Teamwork and Collaboration, Scheduling, Customer Service, Workers Compensation,Preparation of Employees Handbook, Office Event management,Monitoring of staff performance and more.
· Exercises independent judgment and discretion to interpret and handle requests for appointments and information, routes them to others and/or handles them, as appropriate.
· Notifies CEO of important and emergency matters in a timely manner.
· Plans and books CEO’s travel and itinerary and prepares expense reports.
· Coordinates CEO’s work with the Partners.
· Coordinate all meetings in which the CEO has a role and prepares meeting minutes and monitoring actions items.
· Provides information and serves as primary liaison with those who may be conducting business with the CEO.
· Assists with the logistics and execution of events which include the CEO.
· Performs other position-related duties and takes initiative to complete tasks and projects as required/assigned.
