Handling network of State Bak of India of south Gujarat ( Total 53 branches and 84 ATMs )

Implementation, Monitoring and maintaining of new links of PNB Branches and ATMs. Link Types: Leased Line, MPLS, RF. 3G, 4G, HTS VSAT and ISDN Links.

Providing troubleshooting to the users for Network related problems. 

Network monitoring for the status of Leased Lines, MPLS, ISDN, RF links. 

ATM monitoring and troubleshooting network issues to make ATM live.

Configuration, Installation and troubleshooting of the CISCO routers and switches as when required.

Coordinating with services providers like BSNL, SIFY, TATA, Vodafone-Idea, Airtel, TATA Telecome Companies in case of link failure.

Testing of links on regular basis and recording the results on standard format. 

Managing and troubleshooting all escalated cases from Field Engineers. 

Interacting with clients, understanding their needs and proving technical support to clients by remotely accessing their networks and troubleshooting issue they have raised. 

Configuring and maintaining Cisco catalyst 2950, 2960 Switches. 

Configuring and maintaining Cisco 1760, 1721, 1841, 1941, 3945 Routers.

Administrating LAN and WAN connectivity for client sites.

Responsible to resolve trouble-tickets raised by clients through phone, email, remote access. 

Assuring error free and smooth network for banking applications like CBS, Finacle, CTS.

Testing of various MLLN, NON-MLLN, modem of different SP like TATA, Airtel, BSNL etc.

IOS upgradation and licensing in all routers connected to ZNC and NC as per requirement. 

Coordinating with respective teams for any issue in router, switch.

Effective co-ordination with field engineers, SP and other related departments for installation as well as for maintenance purpose.
