At Invisible Technologies, I advanced from an AI Data Trainer to a Senior AI Data Trainer. In this role, I led training sessions for junior trainers, optimized language model performance, and designed advanced training modules to enhance AI models’ comprehension and response accuracy. I collaborated with various teams to ensure high-quality data annotations and addressed model weaknesses, applying my analytical skills to diagnose and resolve model inaccuracies for improved functionality. As an Intermediate AI Data Trainer, I conducted detailed training on best practices for data annotation and model training and helped refine protocols to streamline processes.
