I am employed as a work coach and have worked with the government for over a decade, dealing with clients supporting with employment & training opportunities. Conducting interviews on daily basis over the phone/face to face/video calls, working on heavy diverse caseload and supporting staff when required.

I have mentored staff and i am SPOC working alongside a training provider responsible for suitable clients to enrol onto the course, due to the level of understanding. Supporting colleagues on the process and how to schedule onto the booking sheet.

I have also worked on UX projects and designed Apps using software tools such as Figma/Photoshop for design creation, Miro for research and affinity diagrams, also i am confident in using Adobe XD to create wireframes.
