DUTIES:
Monitors status of the Product and Service Quality Plan by collecting inspection (In process and final)
reports of stores through the Specialists. Analyzes data and facilitates the conduct of investigations for stores going
beyond the tolerance level.
Reports and analyzes significant quality data (Ex. Product Complaint, Product Defect-In process, finished
goods, etc.) to monitor process capability and consequently, improve the existing Quality Plan.
Works with the team of Specialists in each store to ensure that the Quality Plans are implemented properly.

very clear and the inspection procedures are executed properly.
Conducts yield validation of all raw materials and products, evaluate raw materials
Set-up documents and procedures in terms of Quality Assurance based on the standard ( ISO 9001,
Servsafe, FoodSHAP, HACCP) and ISO 22000
Monitors the strict and consistent calibration of testing tools and equipment to ensure that gauges
consistently give repeatable and reproducible results. Secures and maintains the calibration schedule, conduct spot
check to ensure it is done and calibrated equipment are properly identified (tagged).
Conducts validation/certification of facility, production tools/equipment (including QA tools), direct
manpower and controlled documents (work instructions, recipes, etc.) to confirm its appropriateness with respect to
capability and capacity prior to use. This shall include certification of new and renovated stores prior to opening.
Conduct audits (supplier, warehouse and stores) to reinforce strict quality control, accurate and timely
reporting of quality data, and observing systems and processes to be replicated (best practice) or revised
(misaligned) in coordination with the Systems Team.
Facilitate the change in the documentation of Control Plans and implement document control procedures to
avoid use of unclear, wrong or obsolete document.
Ensure the change in standard is properly communicated to Specialists and Managers who are directly
involved in quality control. Facilitate the conduct of retraining in case there is change in critical product
characteristic thus affecting knowledge and skill in quality inspection
Conducts consumer testing and helps computes for food cost new product.
