· Experienced in Quality Assurance and Food Safety System Practitioner with a demonstrated history of working in the manufacturing and foodservice industry.
Audit and ensure compliance with customer requirements, FDA regulations, and GMPs, HACCP, as product safety and sanitation policies, procedures, and guidelines.
· Provides leadership, mentoring, and supervision of manufacturing Quality Assurance Specialist and Assistant Supervisor
· Evaluate employees through performance reviews, on-going coaching and feedback methods.
· Oversee the efficient implementation of quality standards, programs, and processes to improve operational efficiencies.
· Train employees in SOP’s and ensure training effectiveness in the application of job skills Develops, justifies and implements manufacturing QA process improvements.
· Documents and updated quality assurance procedure, plant processes, standard, and specification
· Audit and accredited supplier based on the standard procedure/ SOP/GMP/HACCP.
· Conducts an internal audit.
· Conducts Personnel training such as SSOP, HACCP and other Food Safety program (FSSC 4.1. version)
· Collaborate with other departments for changes in regulation, process, and procedure.
· Works directly with suppliers to ensure compliance with supplied materials.
· Collaborate with QC regarding the investigation of complaints
· Verify all complaints, processes, and procedures based on standard procedures and policies of the company.
