Tatyana Njoroge

I am Tatyana, a service-driven professional with nearly two decades of experience helping businesses run more smoothly and customers feel truly valued. Over the years, I have worn many hats: Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Service Delivery Leader. Each role taught me one simple truth: people remember how you make them feel. My mission has always been to leave people, whether clients, colleagues, or leaders, feeling supported, understood, and delighted.

I began my career in banking, quickly advancing from a front-line customer service officer to team leader and then into management roles. Along the way, I developed a knack for solving complex problems, improving processes, and keeping the customer’s experience at the heart of every decision. I love nothing more than untangling a messy workflow or calming a frustrated client and turning the situation around.

In my time as an Executive Assistant, I learned how to anticipate needs, juggle priorities, and keep high-level executives organized and focused. My operations management experience taught me the power of efficiency, teamwork, and thoughtful planning. My years managing customer service teams deepened my appreciation for the human side of business, empowering people, creating seamless experiences, and earning loyalty through care and consistency.

Beyond my technical skills, I bring warmth, positivity, and a calm presence to every interaction. I’m someone who thrives in fast-paced environments but never loses sight of the people at the center of it all. Colleagues and clients alike know they can count on me to step up, find solutions, and get things done with a smile.

Outside of work, I enjoy solving puzzles (which probably explains my love of fixing business challenges!), learning new ways to grow, and finding small ways to make someone’s day better.
