(an Axiata Company), where I lead the full spectrum of HR activities, ensuring alignment with business goals while maintaining compliance with Bangladesh labor laws and international HR best practices.
My role encompasses managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from talent sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and integration. I have successfully implemented and optimized recruitment procedures using tools like SAP SuccessFactors and HeRo (Axiata’s internal HR platform), which significantly improved time-to-hire and candidate experience. I also play a key role in executing performance management frameworks, overseeing payroll and benefits administration, and driving employee engagement initiatives such as EES surveys, town halls, and KPI-based reward programs.
A strong believer in data-driven decision-making, I regularly use Power BI dashboards to analyze HR metrics, track key performance indicators, and generate strategic reports for management.
