I am a dedicated and results-oriented Human Resources professional with over 9 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement. Currently, I serve as the Manager, HR Operations at EDOTCO Bangladesh Co. Ltd. (an Axiata Company), where I lead the full spectrum of HR activities, ensuring alignment with business goals while maintaining compliance with Bangladesh labor laws and international HR best practices.

My role encompasses managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from talent sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and integration. I have successfully implemented and optimized recruitment procedures using tools like SAP SuccessFactors and HeRo (Axiata’s internal HR platform), which significantly improved time-to-hire and candidate experience. I also play a key role in executing performance management frameworks, overseeing payroll and benefits administration, and driving employee engagement initiatives such as EES surveys, town halls, and KPI-based reward programs.

A strong believer in data-driven decision-making, I regularly use Power BI dashboards to analyze HR metrics, track key performance indicators, and generate strategic reports for management. My ability to translate HR data into actionable insights has led to improved HR service delivery and operational efficiency. I also support internal audits and ensure accurate maintenance of employee data through HRIS platforms.

In my previous role at Orion Group as Executive, Human Resources, I was responsible for payroll processing, appraisal management, and HR data administration. My early professional foundation was laid during my internship at Grameenphone Ltd., where I supported shared services in HR and contributed to process streamlining.

My core strengths include HR automation, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and policy development. I have also contributed to cost reduction initiatives and implemented system integrations that led to enhanced data accuracy and minimized manual tasks.

I hold an MBA in Human Resource Management and a BBA in HRM & Marketing from North South University. I am certified in Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist practices, and Advanced Excel, and have completed trainings on Business Communication, Customer Centricity, and Communication Skills.
