I am an HR professional with over a decade of experience. . My experience requires great customer relations, account management, and administrative skills. I was able to transcend these skills into General Management of a start- up company.
I always want to improve and learn new skills. Recently I was certified as a Scrum Team Member and training to be a Scrum Master. I have learned to use several tools apart from HRIS; Project Management tools such as Wrike, Jira, and Plutio, and CRM tools, Suite CRM to be exact.
I have experience in laying the groundwork for HR as well as setting up a new company. I am open for part-time engagements.
