Hi,

My name is Tanisha Chimurkar. I am an Indian. I have done my Masters. in Industrial and Organisational psychology from Mount Carmel College. I have worked as an Recruiter for a startup called Gigvistas and handled end-to-end Recruitment for Senior roles like- Product Managers, Architects, Business Analysts to Associate and Junior developers roles. I have worked on ATS. I was responsible for sourcing, Screening, scheduling interviews, making an offer, negotiating with the candidates, preparing the documents and following up with the candidate until the joining date.

I also have experience in onboarding and inductions of the new joinees and taking exit interviews for the candidates leaving the company to provide a constructive feedback for the management of the company to improve on the shortcomings.
