I am an experienced BPO employee and shifted into teaching. In BPO, I have been assigned in doing different task such as customer service, technical,sales and billing. Managing multiple task at once is not a problem. That's what I've been trained for. I had taught ESL to young learners up to retired senior citizens. I've been exposed to different kind of cultures and adjusted well.
