Tan Seng Kiat

I'm a Scrum Master progressing towards Product Owner role with more than 5 years' experience in agile development framework, problem solving, project and team management, working with diverse and remote teams across software development, cloud and technology industries.

Growing up having background in Computer Science, I'd have thought programming was my calling. After writing software for half a decade and progressing to take on management roles throughout my career, I now take my deep understanding and experience of technology specialties and apply to project strategy, stakeholder management and team leadership.

I'm also a firm believer in keeping myself and our products relevant by staying on top of new technologies and emerging trends.

As Scrum Master, I'm passionate in developing self-sufficient teams with cross-functional growth capabilities. Helping my team help themselves in their professional development, and together building fresh perspectives and sustainable future, is the foundation behind some of my most meaningful work.

When I'm not reading up on Product Management, UX, and psychology books, I'm usually trying out new whole foods and plant-based recipes. I love to play video games and travel to anywhere with cold weather!
