I have worked in the call center industry for over 5years . My experience in the field as an determine individual allowed me to evolved into various positions very quickly based on the quality work I invested. I am an asset to any company or position given as I only produce high end quality work and I take pride in whatever I do. I started from the bottom up, I was an agent and my clients saw it fit to promote me to a Team Lead and I coached and brought my team to the leading performing team which landed me in a HR position as my leadership skills exceeded my previous position.
