I have been in the client services field for over 15 years. In this time I have worked in the healthcare field, 7 years working with a start-up and currently I am a service coordinator for low income seniors. Working with a start-up is by far my favorite position. I thrive off finding new ways to make products, projects and services better, even if it's just a little change. I have face to face as well virtual client experience and I'm very comfortable with people. I have received many compliments from clients, my former C-level executives and board members. I was responsible for 15+ providers as well as 50 nursing home.Sales, implementation, training and retention are my specialties.
