I've spent the past five years refining my skills and competence in the field of translating, copyediting, and localizing website/app content, articles and blog posts, marketing texts, and other client content. I started my journey of learning to provide the top client service and exceeding client expectations in 2016 as a receptionist, moving onto a reception desk manager, and finally becoming a Sales Manager and managing capacity sales of 38 accommodation objects independently.
Since then, I've moved my affinity towards communications and sales from the hospitality industry to a remote market. I enjoy providing feedback on client's textual content and polishing it into a more engaging, appealing form that converts visitors into buyers. I specialize in Russian-English translations and vice-versa as I'm a native speaker of both.
I'm capable of client support, administrative assistance, localization, website content, and I'm an avid learner of new skills because I love mastering and applying useful methods, like UI design - my favorite.
