I work as a Project and Operations Manager, taking ownership of delivery while also putting the right systems in place so teams can execute without confusion, delays, or constant follow-ups.

Over the past 5+ years, I’ve worked across Fintech, SaaS, Healthcare, and Digital marketing environments, managing projects end-to-end while improving how teams operate internally. I’m used to working with founders, developers, and cross-functional teams, making sure work moves forward clearly and consistently.

EXPERIENCES

In a fintech environment, I managed the delivery of a mobile banking application, working closely with developers in Jira from requirements through release, ensuring clear timelines, priorities, and communication throughout.

In a digital marketing setting, I coordinated projects and operations across campaigns with SEO & PPC specialists, designers, content writers, and social media managers to improve how work was tracked, executed, and reported across the team.

Across these roles, my focus has always been the same: keep execution steady while making sure the system supporting the team actually works.

Alongside managing projects, I design and implement structured systems in ClickUp and Airtable that support real business operations.

I’ve built ClickUp and Airtable systems for marketing agencies, SaaS teams, E-commerce, and service-based businesses, covering campaign workflows, sprint management, order processing, CRM pipelines, onboarding processes, and internal operations.

This includes setting up clean workspace architecture, defining workflows with clear statuses, structuring custom fields tied to reporting, building dashboards for visibility, and introducing automations that reduce manual updates and keep teams accountable.
