I worked as a customer service representative with Enterprise business information systems and have successfully supported more than 5000 customers via outbound and inbound calls using IVR and CRM. I have power point presentation skills and basic knowledge in data analysis and cyber security. I haves degree in urban and regional planning which gave me access to use autocad, Google earth and skills in GIS applications.
