Hi, my name is Syrine, I'm from Tunisia. I'm 26 years old. I have a BA Degree in English Literature and I'm currently working on my MA Thesis in translation (English / French). I have an experience of over 5 years in customer care service and sales. In 2012, I've worked for a small company specialized in the sales of solar panels. From 2014 till 2016, I've handled technical support via phone and email (FREE & ORANGE). Starting from 2017, I've worked as a customer care representative for the behalf of Vistaprint, a company specialized in the printing (business cards, calendars, pens...) . Also as a part of my studies, I studied specialized translation, general translation and legal translation. I translated a lot of documents from English into French and Vice-versa and many other documents from Arabic into English and vice-versa.
