Sylvia Secuya

My name is Sylvia Secuya from Toledo City, Cebu and currently residing in Mandaluyong City.

I worked with Convergys Cebu (Concentrix) for more than 5 years as Technical Support Rep in Microsoft Disability Answer Desk (MSDAD) Department. Where we provides support for individuals with special needs, who are using assistive technology such as screen reader, magnifier, or any other accessibility tools to effectively use their Windows computers and Office applications. We solve software technical problem such as installation, virus removal and protection, repair and computer maintenance. We confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed and maintained broad knowledge of client products and services.

I am responsible and I can work with less supervision. With my experiences I'm confident to perform all of the given task. Currently looking for a job at a reasonable rate could be part time, long term or permanent.
