- In this role, I serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, leading onboarding processes and supporting the adoption of technical solutions. I collaborate closely with clients to understand business needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution using tools such as JIRA and OTRS.
- I work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and compliance teams to escalate issues and implement service improvements.
- My responsibilities include integrating payment systems with banks and merchants, managing technical documentation, and incorporating third-party technologies to optimize performance.
- I have deep expertise in the payments industry, particularly in debit and prepaid card processing, OLTP systems, 3DS, biometric/OTP transactions, and digital wallets.
- I am proficient in SQL, Java, and API integration, and I use Power BI for advanced data reporting and analysis. I also manage global applications, lead testing and validation efforts, and create detailed validation reports to improve software quality. Additionally, I handle client training, ensure PCI-DSS compliance, and maintain alignment with VISA and Mastercard network restrictions.
