Hello, my name is Sydney. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, however, Communication and Tech was my passion so right after University, I applied for a job in a Call Center and was luckily hired as a Customer Service Specialist doing Phone, Email and Chat support. I've handled several accounts such as Amazon, Prudential Life Insurance - Medical Underwriting LOB, and Millenia Patient Services.

After several years in the BPO industry, I decided to try my hand at working remotely and I discovered I much preferred working at home, directly liaising with clients. Since 2017, I've helped realtors in the US and Canada free up their time by organizing and managing their CRMs and client database, acted as the team's ISA (Inside Sales Agent) and focused on Prospecting, Tracking market trends and pricing points for different locations.

Aside from CRM management and ISA work, I handled Inbound and Outbound calls to assist with property inquiries/requests, appointment-setting, admin support, troubleshooting, and VA training. I helped build VA manuals, cold-calling scripts and video tutorials for process training.

I'm a hard worker, excited to discover and learn new things. I have a strong work ethic and the skills I learned from my work experiences will allow me to perform well and adapt swiftly to any new situation.
