An efficient Virtual Assistant effective in handling Customer Support.
As a VA I have a strong navigational skill, outstanding in following instruction. And as a Customer Support Expert, I am receptive in understanding the needs of the customer(listening skill) and expressive in positively communicating back (proper positioning).
2012 when I started running my own online store, I got to learn by heart that positive customer experience will always leave a good impact on your business. Skills I acquired out of it is Social Media Management, finding an interesting product to resell and uploading it in my FB page store. This personal experience was polished when I worked as a Customer Support Expert for Microsoft Xbox in 2015. Out of that
experience, I acquired skill in troubleshooting devices, remotely accessing a device, communicate customer via chat and email support with an occasional phone call. It was imprinted in me that when I worked as a Shopify VA, applying those skills made me effective in my work.
Within 4 months, tasks I handled are product upload, image editing, copywriting, email support and order changes and escalation.
I graduated in a VA Boot-camp and I am now a certified E-commerce VA.
