Manpower Planning, Budgeting & recruitment o Employee Joining formalities, Induction & orientation. o Handling confirmations for probation. o Handling Training activities o Handling Leave record & attendance. o Maintaining Employee data base. o Employee separation process & conduct exit interview. o Taking care of on time Performance Appraisal & Promotion. o Monthly payroll details to accounts department. o Taking care of Incentives to the employees for their achievements. o Vendor management. o Employee Engagement, Problem solving & Motivational activities. o Other Responsibilities: Generation of Invoices, Maintenance of bills and conducting internal Audit o Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies o Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance o Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management o Manage phone calls and correspondence (E-Mail, Letters and Bulk SMS etc.) o Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures o Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data o Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary o Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned o Assist colleagues whenever necessary o Software Testing Defining the testing activities for subordinates – testers or test engineers.
