I. Information Gathering.
Gather the steps required to complete the process. An interview may be required to do that.
Make sure that the following information is obtained:
1. Step of the process. What needs to be done? Make sure to understand dependencies.
2. Working hours. How long does it take to complete the work in actual working hours?
3. Lead time. How many days may it take to complete? For example: a recording session
may take 6 hours, but it needs to be done over two days to capture the right light.
II. Draft

process and set up project management software like ClickUp, Teamwork, Asana, Trello, etc.
