Svetlana Kabanova

I worked as a contingent at Goldman Sachs in the technology department for almost 6 years where I coordinated and managed small and large projects, managed tech teams, and operations. During this time I worked on introducing new technologies, automation, and new processes to make the functionality and operations more efficient and smooth.

Next, I worked as Chief Operating Officer at a small tech start-up ImpactPass. In addition to overseeing overall company operations, I spearheaded the Internship Program and all product content work directly managing several teams. 

In my most recent role as COO at Grow Mighty Leaders I was an integrator, bringing CEO’s visions to life, grounding them in reality, and overseeing a small team.

My creative and analytical approach has been proven successful even with the most complex and challenging projects, processes, platforms, and technologies. By applying a wide range of technical, analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills I successfully collaborate and build relationships with clients, vendors, business, and technology personnel across all functions to fulfill overall objectives. 

Throughout my career, I demonstrated the value of my leadership by fostering a drive for excellence and leading by example. I have guided and mentored individuals to become valued and recognized members of organizations. 

My ability to quickly and successfully adapt to any situation has earned me a reputation as an accomplisher, becoming a trump card for an organization. I am a proactive, detail-oriented, passionate, innovative, and highly motivated individual.
