I'm new with online work but i'm a fast learner.Worked in the call center industry for almost 10 years. Handled stress, multi tasking and time constraint jobs. Handled billing, customer service and also been an RTA (Real Time Analyst) wherein we communicate directly to the clients via email/ voice reporting.  Most of the accounts i have handled are financial accounts that deals with sensitive information. This should already have a high value to my work ethics.

Managed all aspect of the store "Tindahan ni Mama Susan" for 2 years now.
