I have had the opportunity to work in Faith city hospital were I have had the opportunity to work in diverse environments, interacting with patients of different kinds. My experience includes guiding patients through the sample collection and test process and giving recommendations based on patients needs. I am accustomed to working in high-pressure environments, and I do well in situations that require quick thinking and adaptability. I also had to multitask whilst working in the laboratory where I could be the phlebotomist and lab technician. My key skills are communication, problem-solving, multitasking, conflict resolution, product knowledge, time management, empathy and emotional intelligence.
