I am a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with over 3.2 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in chargebacks, credit card operations, and fraud dispute management. My career has focused on ensuring smooth financial operations, handling sensitive transaction data, and resolving customer disputes in compliance with global payment network guidelines.

Currently, I work as a Chargeback Analyst at Wipro (Sept 2024 – Present), where I manage end-to-end credit card chargebacks for a leading international client. My responsibilities include analyzing fraudulent transactions, initiating and responding to chargebacks, preparing strong case documentation, and adhering to Visa and Discover compliance standards. I also ensure timely closure of cases within strict SLAs while maintaining accuracy and customer focus.

Previously, I served as an Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) from Apr 2022 to Sept 2024. At TCS, I handled operations related to both debit and credit cards. My role involved resolving customer issues, processing back-office tasks, and supporting fraud-related investigations. I developed a solid understanding of financial workflows and collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and service delivery.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Kolhapur University, which has provided me with a strong academic foundation in business processes, finance, and communication.
