I worked as a Customer Service Support (phone) for Time Warner Cable, AT&T, DirecTV, and Intuit QuickBooks where we made sure all account-related concerns were properly handled. I also worked as a Customer Service Support Email and Chat support for William Hill UK which is a gambling company and our main focus is account-related concerns and making sure all transactions are legal. I also worked as a Business application specialist for Intuit Quickbooks where we made sure the QuickBooks application was running smoothly and had no discrepancies in the client's files. I also worked as a Payments promotion Officer for William Hill where we calculated the winnings of each player to the bonus offered to them and made the payment correctly, then I became a CRM Marketing specialist for the same company where we create and build bonuses and process all communications needed by the company for all players. I have experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Monday, Adobe, and Zendesk. I am a very fast learner and a very good team member and leader. I never had experience in handling people like a manager or a supervisor does, but I have experienced efficiently training and supporting the new members of our team and because of that, they have a lot of knowledge in a short period.
