Calendar & Tasks management including various internal & external meetings, schedule meetings.

Worked on MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint data validation for reporting of various activities.     

Supporting Hiring Manager in hiring process, updating hiring trackers for respective groups/skill sets candidate interviews and initiating on-boarding processes, maintaining a file for the requisition that contains all interview schedules candidate resumes and applications.

Review calendars, sends invites to interview team and follow-up schedule with confirmations contacting candidates by email/phone to confirm date, coordinate travel arrangements for out of town candidates,

Finalizes interview schedules provides candidate with interview information: Interview schedule, directions, emails interview team with schedule, resume and job description.

Coordinating for call conferences meetings (TC/VC), circulate Agenda, preparation of reports and collates presentations for the meetings

Inter and Intra departmental coordination (Finance, IT, HR)

Coordinate Domestic Travel (logistics) and Stay

Coordinate with Vendors and processing of contract renewal and invoice in line with Finance SOP.

Interacting with Global Customers, proven strong in customer interaction and relationship build

Managing new recruits’ onboarding formalities, arrange internal and external trainings.
