I have 14+ years of experience across HR Consulting engagements as well as Corporate HR roles. In consulting roles, I worked with Accenture, KPMG for assignments around HR Strategy, Change Management and Org Design. In core HR roles I have managed LMS implementation, Performance Management, Recruitment teams as well as strategic engagement around HiPo and Succession Management initiatives. Worked with Hero Cycles, British Council in HR roles. As contractor I was leading UKG Dimensions/Kronos implementation for HCL Tech as part of HR Transformation initiative. I am looking for part time offshore roles (3 days a week preferred, if 5 days a week role then looking for short term projects up to 60 days). I am based out of Ghaziabad near Noida and Delhi.
