Annexure I
Variable Payout (VP) Guidelines
The VP payout is subject to the individual and the organization’s performance.
The Variable payout will happen as per the criteria and frequency defined in the Variable Policy (updated
in PeopleStrong)
Slers who are on Annual / Half Yearly / Quarterly VP Scheme, will not be eligible for VP payout if they
have resigned /exited, or are serving notice period at the time of release of Variable Pay.
VP is subject to the prevailing government taxes.
Variable payout is governed by the Variable Policy which might change time to time
