Its my pleasure to introduce myself.

I am Sukanya Ghosh Saha an HR Professional with 15 years of experience  

HR (50% Recruitment) & rest HR Generalist. My work experience includes Pre and Post recruitment, Recruitment of Tech position as well as Sales team hiring, sales team back-end support work, Joining and Onboarding & Induction and documentation, Background verification, ESI & P.F Account opening and supporting accounts in Payroll processing, employee engagements, New HR policy formulation, Training and PMS, One to one session ,attendance ,Exit process. Apart from this I also look after general office coordination work(includes vendor management, office procurement and general administration and Sales Back-end coordination) .

At present I am working in US Org as Recruitment Manager and previously I was associated with Chemical Manufacturing Company as Manager HR Admin from the past 7 years.

I started my HR Career from Birla groups as Junior HR ? 2006 till Feb 2010.I got married and shifted to Delhi and started a new phase of my life.
