Hello!
I’m Stu Weitzman… A seasoned project manager and client services leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning SaaS, telecom, entertainment, e-commerce, and even hospitality. Over the years, I’ve built a reputation as the person teams call when they need to solve complex problems, manage niche technical projects, or deliver results on tight deadlines.
Right now, I’m the owner and operator of The Enterprise Bar & Grill in Rico, Colorado—one of the oldest bars in the state. Since taking over, I’ve doubled annual revenue, strengthened community ties, and managed every aspect of operations, from procurement and staffing to booking talent and shaping guest experience.
Before that, I spent several years at Agilysys, where I served as a Senior Client Services Manager. There, I led a team of project managers handling 30–50 implementation projects each, all while overseeing a portfolio of big-name clients like Microsoft, Aramark, and major ski resorts including Vail and Aspen. One of my biggest accomplishments was helping launch and refine OnDemand, a POS solution that we rolled out across more than 200 locations during the pandemic—a critical lifeline for hospitality clients at the time.
My background also includes time in channel marketing at Loud Technologies, where I built account relationships worth up to $1M annually and created a nationwide field service program supporting both sales and special events. Earlier, I managed technical infrastructure for live entertainment in Las Vegas, delivered enterprise solutions for clients like Avaya, IBM, and T-Mobile at Garrigan Lyman Group, and worked in software engineering roles with companies like Real Networks, Sprint, Nordstrom, and Drugstore.com.
I’m fluent in both project management and technology. I’ve led teams through Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall projects, handled budgets, risk, and stakeholder communications, and overseen full software lifecycles from requirements gathering through deployment and QA. On the technical side, I’ve worked with languages like Java, .NET, and Python, as well as platforms like Salesforce, Magento, WordPress, and HubSpot.
Whether it’s managing multimillion-dollar client relationships, implementing cutting-edge hospitality software, or turning around a 130-year-old bar, I bring a mix of technical savvy, business strategy, and hands-on leadership that helps organizations grow and succeed.
