Senior Director, Growth
Coin Metrics organises the world's crypto data and makes it transparent and accessible. In
this role, Stuart took the most complex set of services from the dev team and created a
unique value proposition to the global banking industry - driving high value, long term
contracts with some of the worlds largest financial organisations as they move into Digital
Asset Custody. Stuart trained the team on engagement within the banking sector, resulting
in numerous notable wins. The approach was based upon a top down, high level message
aligning the global regulatory environment, traditional risk management and digital asset
best practice, with a narrative around mitigation of reputational damage.

including accounts such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv and Bonhams. The only team member to

Employed by VMB to “shake-up” the sales specialist practice, and work on larger
transformative bids within Enterprise as the business looked to engage with a more senior
audience in the existing and new business accounts. The role involved training the sales
personnel to spot, develop and qualify opportunities. Carrying a TCV target of 10 million
pounds for 2018/19, Stuart achieved over 220%.

capability across fixed and mobile telecommunications.
The remit of this role is the development of net new business to Enterprise clients with a
portfolio of Managed Services. The target for this role is an Annual Order Value (AOV) of
£2,150,000 with an annual margin target of £860,000. Target over-achieved last financial
year, at a combined value of 112%.

Interests
Stuart has run several marathons and competed in cycling events in France, Italy &
Spain. Currently studying “Holistic Life Coaching” to enhance his training and
developmental techniques. Developing an off-grid property and smallholding in
Portugal, where the family has residency status. A committed father, husband and
friend.
