the first-to-market Salmon Nugget and other innovative, potential first-to-market, value-added salmon products.
As brand visionary, spearheaded all operational, financial, and strategic aspects of business, transforming a
unique idea into a thriving retail product line. Manage end-to-end operations, including overseeing logistics,
inventory control, and financial tracking through detailed spreadsheets for sales, inventory, and burn rates. Lead
research and development to create cutting-edge SKUs, managing through complete lifecycle of purchase
orders, from inventory procurement to final retail delivery.

¨ Secured initial investment funding of $1.3 million and lead efforts to attract further investors.
¨ Invented and created a successful market launch of the world’s first Salmon Nugget, available at local

Arranged the Logistics of freighting and negotiated rates when purchase orders needed to be filled (5)
