Hi! I'm the former founder of Steve's Family Foods! An innovative, first-to-market CPG F&B company who launched the first ever Salmon Nugget! Just like the chicken nugget, but with salmon instead. We found our best success at Whole Foods in the frozen seafood section. The brand was in business from 2017 through 2024 and now I'm looking for my new opportunity! While running Steve's Family Foods, my main focus was functioning as Commercialization Manager (or some might say project manager) as well as taking care of all the procurement. I love brands and I love seeing products all the way through from concept to the shelf. I also spent a lot of time as the company's Procurement Manager; from sourcing the salmon, it's dry blend of ingredients, all the way through to the packaging! I enjoyed sourcing so much that I recently just got my certificate in Procurement Strategy from Cornell University.
