Stephen Vincent Abarca

I've been in the medical field for 7 years now and expertly assessing and treating patients with different cases. I am also doing administrative works like doing daily and monthly census of patients and routinely checking supplies. I have incorporated my knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel in my job. My achievements include the development of clinical forms that are currently used in my workplace. These are the Consent form, Physical Therapy Prescription form, Initial Assessment form, Daily Treatment form and Discharge form. I also developed Excel file for our treatment and checkup census and patients lists as well. I believe that my experience and versatility at work will be my great asset to any company that needs my service.
