I became a Customer Support Representative for two of the most notable call centers here in the Philippines for 4 years. After which, I pursued a corporate career and became a Marketing Assistant for Digital Media and Admin Assistant for a health and wellness company for 2 years. Then, I have learned and have been an E-commerce Virtual Assistant for more than 2 years now. I was the Team Lead for Email Support, Order Fulfillment, Product Sourcing, and Supplier Liaison for our partner Suppliers in China taking care of refunds, replacements and exchanges. Lastly, I also handled disputes in AliExpress making sure we win them.I believe that I should be considered for this job post not only because of my skills, knowledge and experience as an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant, but also because of my attitude towards work and life.
