I've been embracing Agile HR practices to facilitate responsiveness and adaptiveness of activities and structures to support Companies in becoming more responsive and adaptive in the VUCA market.

Performance, engagement, retention, goal attainment – all of these challenges are influenced by culture in the organization. But culture doesn’t just happen. Culture is created and demonstrated by leaders, and as HR, I help companies to define and bring to life a culture that keeps employees engaged, healthy, connected, satisfied, and performing their best.

Human Resources is no longer limited to just implementing controls and standards to drive execution, but rather to facilitate programs and strategies that improve organizational agility, innovation, collaboration, and enhance decision-making.
