I've been in a Customer Service industry for 7 years. As someone with a drive to organize, I thrive on making sure every day has a clear plan and that every plan is clearly communicated.
During my previous role as a Virtual Assistant, I served as the Leads Manager. I mostly handled a variety of tasks related to real estate which allowed our executive team to continue to operate business as usual. Then I worked as a Customer Service Representative handling inbound and outbound calls, upselling as it was part of our KPI, handling billing transaction calls, and retention for newspaper, radio, and eCommerce companies.
From my 7 years of work experience, 2 years as a Virtual Assistant, and 5 years in BPO, I understand the importance of being proactive. I've developed the ability to anticipate roadblocks and create effective alternative plans. My greatest value to any executive is my ability to work independently, freeing up their time to focus on the needs of the business. On top of that, I also took training related to eCommerce and Bookkeeping as part of self-improvement.
