Stephanie Hirst

I have between four and five years of in-person brick and mortar company customer service and management experience, plus I have over 6 years of experience working remotely for a few different companies over the course of these past 6 years. My tasks at these companies have been in customer support (phone, chat, ticket, and email), reception, billing, SEO, SEM, and proofreading/editing. I currently freelance and do contract work in SEO and proofreading but am looking for additional work, preferably 10-25 additional hours per week. I am currently looking for work in any of the areas I mentioned previously, and my schedule is very flexible.
