Currently serving as Finance Operations Administrator at The Digital Monkeys, I manage the full invoicing cycle, from generation and submission to tracking and reconciliation. I ensure healthy cash flow by monitoring overdue accounts and following up effectively. I reconcile bank accounts, vendor balances, and ledger entries, guaranteeing accurate reporting and compliance. My role extends to staff claims processing, contract negotiation and management, asset register maintenance, and HR recruitment support, showcasing versatility in operational finance and people functions. I also lead in preparing and submitting pre-qualification documents and RFP responses, aligning financial documentation with client and regulatory requirements.

🔹 Taxation & Compliance

As a Tax Associate at Njuguna Wahome Consulting Ltd., I gained strong expertise in tax compliance and advisory. I filed statutory returns (VAT, WHT, MRI, PAYE), computed tax liabilities and reliefs, and drafted tax opinions and advisory papers for clients.
