I am a teacher of English as a second language and my main task of working with people has enriched me with a lot of customer service experience and I've learned to address the adverse situations calmly and go the extra mile to get the job done. While holding this position I have gained remarkable interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.

I bring to the table a broad list of experience and qualifications covering a full spectrum of administrative duties, including administrative and executive support, customer service, computer skills, office management, data entry, document preparation, contracts, meeting coordination, and program support.

As a superb communicator, I have a bubbly personality, polite telephone manners and professional tone of voice. In addition to this, I am also a quick thinker who is highly observant and who can remain composed when juggling several inquiries at the same time. You will find I am detail oriented and able to analyze, prioritize and resolve client requests or issues quickly and effectively.

I enjoy difficult, challenging tasks, which require hard work and perseverance. I take pride in being a dedicated, hard-working individual who thrives in an environment of constant progressive learning and advancing improvement; furthering and bettering not only myself but also those who depend upon my judgment and skills to complete the tasks assigned.

Although I am not enriched with technical knowledge and experience, I am very willing to learn and to improve.
