Procurement, Planning & Sourcing:

* Played a vital role in Procurement department in Coordinating with suppliers & finalization of orders.
* Interacting inter departmentally to streamline procedures and establish work requirements.
* Successful in finalizing orders and meet site requirements.
* Coordinate with Inspection teams for clearances and dispatches.
* Determining the future inventory needs and production capacity for timely completion of projects as per pre-defined standards and within financial costs.
* Key objectives include cost/price reductions, optimized stock holding, effective internal and external logistics control, supply chain development and support to sales, operations and engineering teams.
* Expertise in EPP – Emergency Procurement Procedures.
* Pre as well as Post Order Activities – communicating with various agencies for drawings/documents approvals, following up with the vendor, TPI, Client, Govt. agencies, PMC’s, any other external agency, if required, for expediting, Vendor visit, Site Visits, organizing material inspections and getting the material dispatched.
