Hello! I’m Sridipta Pradhan, an enthusiastic and dedicated Human Resources professional with over a year of experience in core HR functions. I hold an MBA in Human Resource Management from Brainware University and have interned with Fairmont Jaipur (Accor Group), where I developed a strong foundation in talent management and employee engagement. My most recent role was with Dhosa Fincare Pvt. Ltd., where I managed recruitment, employee relations, and engagement activities for multiple branches.

What sets me apart is my balanced approach to both people and processes. I genuinely enjoy creating meaningful connections with employees, understanding their concerns, and aligning their growth with organizational goals. I’m always eager to explore new tools and techniques to enhance the employee experience and contribute to a positive work culture.

Beyond HR, I am a creative individual who loves designing posters on Canva for social media, especially around national and international days. This hobby of mine has led me to explore freelance opportunities in social media content creation, where I aim to support small businesses and individuals with visually engaging posts. I’ve recently started building my profile on Fiverr, combining my HR knowledge and creative flair to offer unique services in both fields.

I am also passionate about self-improvement. Coming from a Bengali medium background, I’m actively working on enhancing my English communication skills—both spoken and written—so I can confidently present myself in professional environments globally. My goal is to eventually grow into a leadership role in HR while also maintaining a successful creative side hustle.

Organized, dependable, and constantly learning—these are the principles I live by. Whether it’s managing employee records, organizing an office event, or designing a Canva poster, I give each task my complete focus and dedication.
