I am a Sales and Business Development professional with hands-on experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and property consultancy across the real estate sector. I’ve worked closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to drive growth, close deals, and deliver tailored solutions.

At JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle), I worked as a Business Development Executive and Property Consultant where I actively engaged in lead sourcing, market prospecting, and negotiation processes for commercial real estate transactions. I collaborated with both landlords and occupiers, helping structure deals that satisfied both parties’ interests. This role sharpened my negotiation skills and taught me the importance of building trust and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. I also gained extensive experience in cold outreach, proposal preparation, and aligning property solutions with client business needs.

Currently, I am working as an Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield, where I manage the billing process for brokerage and service fees while supporting key stakeholders through the creation of strategic pitch decks. This role has strengthened my operational understanding of the sales cycle and improved my ability to identify business gaps and growth opportunities. I also contribute to internal reporting and have developed a sharp eye for process optimization.
