For over 15years I have worked as an customer service, bilingual customer service (Portuguese and English), assisting individuals and organizations in bridging language gaps and fostering understanding. While my work has been primarily informal, I have played a crucial role in supporting communication between people from diverse linguistic backgrounds. This experience has honed my ability to effectively convey messages while maintaining cultural sensitivity.

In addition to my language-related work, I have a robust background in community and customer service. For four years, I volunteered as a counselor at Tio Flavio Cultural, a non-governmental organization dedicated to helping children from low-income families and those with special needs.
